- Items that do not have defects or not damaged, can be returned within the 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping these items back will be at the customer's expense.
- Closeout items cannot be returned unless defective.

Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you. All orders are considered "pending our acceptance" until our internal team has reviewed and confirmed your order. Only after our internal review, is your order considered "accepted" and then sent to our distribution center to be shipped out to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged then we will issue you a refund for the total amount charged.
